What determines how many kids get seeded at each weight? Some are 8, some are more than 8
I seeded the tournament. The mandate was seed the top 8 unless more were needed. I determined to seed 9 at 106 and 10 at 126. There was a seeded scratch at 113, so they seeded 7 there. I suggested to add an 8 seed but they kept it at 7.
