The problem with Title IX is not how it is written, but how it is enforced. According to Title IX there are 3 different ways to be compliant, but the enforces only look at one thing, # of scholarships!! The people doing the enforcing need to get a clue and read the legislation!
Any fool can criticize, complain, and condemn- and most do.
