I just think that if kansas wrestling made a name for itself at all of the college levels it has to offer there might be a better chance for someone to think that adding a D 1 progam would be a good idea if the talent was that good enough.
Just my thoughts, i was just wondering what people thought about the subject. I just think that it is kinda sad when you hear about the succsess that UNK has at the D 2 level when the majority of the team is from kansas.
I might have opened a can of worms with this post, but tell me what ya think.
OCU in Oklahoma has also had success with Kansas kids including two All-Americans from Augusta just last year. Shawn Silvis, national champion, is in line to repeat this seson, and Chris Saferite, national runner up, is redshirting this year.
