We all know that Salina South has a terrible man crush on Manhattan after the break, seeing them at the SS tourney, Newton, Beloit, Junction City, and I-70...but are there any other schools that have such terrible man-crushes on other teams?

I think Hoxie and Norton probably have one on each other, but that's okay, because I also have a man-crush on Hoxie. What about KC schools? You guys seem to hang out together...

Prant,

You got this one wrong and let me explain. For as long as I can remeber, Salina South has attended the Newton tournament. It just so happens that your beloved Manhattan decided to follow us to that tourney. Also, Manhattan attends the Salina South tournament. It does make for a tough month though. I enjoy Woody but I am glad that we take a week off early in February.

Highland Park and their four or five wrestlers that they have seem to follow us to every tournament that we go to and so does Topeka High

Mr. Lane,

But tell the truth--you only created the Salina South tournament so you could invite Manhattan...

Speaking of news coverage, I was on some Lawrence websites and the stuff they have is awesome. They have video segments up to five minutes long on the wrestling team and individuals that they actually play on the local news. It's all really cool. All of the stuff I saw was from last year, but still, I thought it was great.

Swayz,

Woody would be Lee Woodfard, the Head Coach for Manhattan. And we do see alot of Manhattan. Last year our 145 lb had Manhattan''s the first match of 4 straight tourney's.

Ummm it's WoodfOrd, not WoodfArd....and who won all the 45 lb matches last year....it was that P.I.M.P. Ryan Johnson, who is undefeated right now at 60.

And I say P.I.M.P. because he is mad at me right now, and I think it's funny to be sarcastic about it. My team does not however....
