first as a freshman
first as a sophomore
third as a junior losing to Drennan
fourth as a senior losing to Johnson and Englebert

If he would have had better competition during the season may have done better at state, not taking anything awa from Johnson or Englebert but before state didnt have any one take him to the second period so I have heard.
