Westfahl, I agree that there is an "us vs. the world attitude" also. I do not neccesarily think that it is the west wrestlers' fault. So many fans have taken pleasure in rooting against west for years that there is an "us vs. the world" attitude. Getting booed through out your high school career is something no young adult should have to do. This usually happens because west wrestlers are very aggresive and very emotional in a victory or a loss. If he wouldn't have experienced this since day one I think he would have a different attitude.
I am not saying he is not to blame for his actions though. He is to blame for his actions, everyone is responsible for what they do and everyone knows the consquences for there actions.
