I presume nothing. The rankings are based on what has happened, not what will happen. I think we can all agree that there is some effort involved in winning a regional title regardless of what regional you are in and those individuals deserve some recognition. Fortunately, the final rankings are decided by you guys, not me. If I am wrong, trust me, I will be the first to admidt it.
