Definately gotta throw some rap in, Rappers delight was always my favorite. Or California Love.

"Disturbed" is the only way to go when you need to get some evil blood flowing through your veins.

Mudvayne is were its at. not only does it have a very heavy bass and guitar riffs. but also has lyrics that actually mean something. there songs are inspired by everying from suicide and the psycho that inspired the character buffillo bill in "silence of the lambs" ( that would be ed gein the song about him is called nothing to gein, pronounced same as gain, check it out!) to lyrics about standing, not falling and there anger at the state of the world("world so cold". the lyrics to that song are about the lead singer chad greys childhood) and many other deep/dark kabbalistic themes. they are a freaky band. and if you get up by feeling angry. try lisoning to mudvayne for about an hour before your matches. and beleave me, you will be ANGRY!! I love it.

but when your just practiceing your running stairs or whatever warmup you do. try lisoning to stuff like jukebox hero, or the old greenback classic your as cold as ice. just good songs with some kinda funny lyrics to take your mind off the extreme pain you feel!!

I'd say pretty much everyone wrestling in high school now weren't even a gleam in their mother's eye when AC/DC was popular so thats probably a good answerto your question.

Are you kidding me?!?!?! We all listen to classics such as Thunderstruck, My Hero, TNT.........the list goes on forever. AC/DC has pump up music that will never die.

AC/DC is so overplayed throughout football and wrestling that its nearly depressing. Nothing but raw...anger stimulating metal should be played during out tough sport.
