I have now watched the match twice. Once at GMC and yesterday on KOOD. The stalling "RULES" are explicit. It is stalling by either wrestler when he repeatedly grasps or interlocks around one leg of his opponent to prevent him from scoring. It is stalling when the contestent in the advantage position does not wrestle aggressively in an attempt to secure a fall by working off the legs and out to the side. Augustine dropped to the leg numerous times during the course of the match to "stall" Dennis' escape attempt. Two of those instances were in excess of 5 seconds (stalling). In the third period, the ref waited in excess of 20 seconds to call stalling while Augustine was content to sit on the legs and ride without an aggressive attempt to secure a fall (stalling). In fairness to the contestents at 171, this match was called by the book.
