A simple answer to your question Grant, is no. Of course there are always a few guys that go outside of the mold, but all in all very boring. I am granted the opportunity to watch many many many wrestling matches from the smallest weight to the largest weight, I've been to 9 High school state championships and just as many kids state championships. And overall the heavyweight matches and most of the 215 matches are dull. Thats not to say that lower weights aren't dull sometimes as well, but they do tend to have more action.
Now you can sit here and aruge till your blue in the face Grant, and "KillerMiller" who just signed up two days ago with another fake name so I can only assume its one of the Manhattan clan, but no amount of arguing is going to change that fact that many people don't enjoy the HW matches. Generally the only ones that do are the heavy participants themselves, and the families of said wrestlers. Which reminds me, Grant you listed basically 6 or 7 of the best HWT's in the entire state of Kansas, not all of these guys ended up at the Beloit tournament or the Bashor tournament.
As I stated before there have been some good heavier wrestlers in the past. Did you realize Grant that Stabb finished 3rd in my Beloit Bracket my Junior year as I claimed the championship? Thats right your boy was a 171 pounder, perhaps that is why he was a more active 215 pounder later in his career.
