Competitive athletes thrive on competition and seek to compete against the best. These athletes were provided the opportunity to compete against the best in-state athletes at their respective weight classes. This was a great opportunity provided to the athletes.
AMEN! That is the most accurate thing I've heard regarding the whole Grand State tournament, or any competitive venue for that matter...if you want to be the best, you must face the best!
