I don't know about your guys but the last time I checked my rule book does it say anywhere that a ref and a cpach can mae small talk during "clean up time"? Should the powers that be put a limit on clean up time as well? Had a cray blood match this weekend that the kid used all of hios blood time but the match actually to half an hour. There is no designated limit on clean up time....I do believe there should be.
