Going up a weight class or two is very difficult.
Its more dependant on genetics in the short run more time needed to overcome.
Any full body workout routine will work, have you lifted consisentently before? If not everything is based on your ONE Rep Max. you need know this to mark progress, motivation and when to increase lifting weight. etc.
Also so as not to waste your time start now continue thru wrestling season changing your routine as nescessary.
