At our tournament the HUskey Invite the washington coach got thrown out of the two day tournament. That was two years ago though when i was still there. It was quit entertaining his wrestler was accually wrestling one of my kids and he got thrown out for his words. When i say his words it wasnt his words to the official it was his words to the parents of the kid from northwest so the tourny director asked him to leave and not come back oh it was fun.

The incident in question was in the regional semis when Weishar was wrestling a kid from Piper. Jake was called for a slam that could have been called either way. The Piper kid aggravated an old injury in the incident and ended up accepting the injury default. In the milling around on the mat the Piper coach and Atchison coach got into it a bit and when the default was called the Atchison coach went off a bit. It was an ugly moment that everyone felt badly about later.

Atchison and Effingham (ACCHS) and Holton had their double dual a couple of weeks ago and during a couple of matches, the head coach for Effingham was arguing with the ref about several calls and before the night was over, he was thrown out. I have never seen anything like it before. I felt bad for the wrestlers, but the coach looked like he was egging the ref on and just didn't know when to stop.

Effingham's coach probably should have been tossed out of most of the meets I've seen him at over the years. He tries to intimidate officials and sadly he usually manages to. Bravo to the official at Atchison for doing it.
