I don't know about you but I find myself warming up before a match with just straight up Metallica. It seems to do the job in many victories and loses in my short career in this wrestling thing. Now I must honor this great band on May 11 at Kemper Arena. Should I expect any to see any other wrestlers at this historic event?
ENJOY!!!

Maybe some of those scary looking security goons from the coliseum will be there officiating the mosh pit.

Rich @ss And Metallica sounds the same every song. Same structure but different chords. Guitar intro-->Verse-->Chorus-->Verse-->Chorus-->Guitar or Drum Solo-->Chorus-->Guitar and Drums outro

Actually, I was lying. Metallica bites, and St. Anger is one of the worst songs ever. Metallica is for white trash and country bumpkins.
Congrats, Aquinas! Great job, Hat Town! Salyer Rules!

I hate you Sir Dingbat of Compton.
Metallica rules in every shape and form. You will be able to find me at that concert as well. I pretty much always listened to metallica when I werstled. In retrospect, I wish that I knew about Andrew W K when I was in high school because I think that if I listened to his music before matches, I would do twice as good.
We want fun 'cos we medically need it! We want fun either take it, or leave it! We want fun, and you might as well face it! We want to have fun, and we want to get wasted! -Andrew W. K.

Dingbat, while I respect your ability to eat large quantities of food and drink a 5 gallon bucket of milk in 30 seconds, you are way off base on this one. Metallica is the best band ever. St. Anger is probably their worst sond/cd ever so I kind of agree with you. It is definitely a "rehab" CD: "my life style chooses me death style" come on now. But there is no beating old-school metallica! And by the way, how was the condert. I am a poor teacher and can't afford anything.
Any fool can criticize, complain, and condemn- and most do.

The concert was amazing. Godsmack not so cool but Metallica just put on a show. They only played two songs from "St. Anger" and Im fine with that. "one" was freakig sweet. The the fireworks and stuff. Overall it was the best rock concerts ive ever been to. ITs not like a have an amazing resume' of concerts but still.
ENJOY!!!

I saw Metallica on the Black album tour. My friends and I were up in the grass at Sandstone (that's what it was called then)and they came out and played for like an hour straight.
No thanks for coming, no intro's, just straight headbanging. I had to take a break a few times from the pit.
I remember my buddies and I were slamming around when one of us commented that Metallica just played 15 songs before saying:
We're Metallica, how are you all doing tonight?
Then right into another 15 songs. I don't think James said but 100 words to the crowd. Just 2 1/2 hrs of arse kicking tunes.
By far the 2nd best concert I've ever been to. The 1st being Pink Floyd.
Best Metallica warm up song is Battery, followed by Damage Inc., and finish it off with Wherever I May Roam. If you ain't pumped by the end then something is wrong with you.

Yeah, Godsmack blows, but that's okay, I didn't go anyways. And American Idol is schweet. I love you Clay Aiken!

Agreed JG!
I too caught that tour at Arrowhead with 40,000 of my closest friends (must have been on another leg of same tour...that one lastest a loooong time as I recall).
They toured at that time with G&R and IceT.
Concert was freakin nothing short of awesome!
Especially loved the between band "entertainment"!
