I am a sophomore at unk me and some friends had herd about ks state and how awsome norton was so we decided to go down and watch the whole thing. As we were watching matches we came to the conclusion that the west gets the calls the east don't in close matches. One that i noticed was madison vs. pfannenstiel they didn't call fleeing the mat and there was a takedown madison should of had but didn't get wich i mean that was the state champ he should of beat. How do u think he felt after not getting those close calls and seeing that kid win the championship and the kid that was runner-up he had beat twice this year. I bet he felt like crap not placeing at all. Also there was a overtime match with some kid from fredonia and norton at 130 or 135 that the fredonia kid should have got the first take down but they said out of bounds and then the same thing happend but they said the norton kid was in. these were just the to i remeber the most there were a lot of others. I asked some one about it and they told me to get on here and bring it up so i really just want to no does the west catch breaks at 321a state over the east kids?
Reading this post makes me realize that the old saying, "You can't spell drunk without UNK," might just be true.
