That is the way I understand it. He could wrestle that day at 125. He would be able to certify at the next weight up but I would think he would not wrestle that day without a challenge for that spot against the heaver guy. That is if the Administrator in charge is willing to stand around and wait for Johnny to drink some water and reweigh in an hour or so.
